Working Process:
1.The impeller operates at high speed, ejection projectile to the part to be processed, to achieve the effect of removing rust and polishing. The Angle, speed, power, and roughness of ejection can be regulated.
2. The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
3. The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
